"The check-in experience was terrible. We were required to pick up the keys for the flat at a small grocery store that was a significant distance away: W2 3ET. The key pick-up location is a 10 minute walk from the nearest Tube station, so 20 minutes roundtrip. Additionally, the Tube station isn't on the same line, so that added time to the check-in process.
