The property was cute on first impression but the toilet seat was broken and neither the master bedroom door nor the bathroom door closed (which is going to ruin the beautiful wood floor). While there was one towel per person there were no towels in the kitchen for dishes nor in the w/c to dry your hands. Aside from these things, the location was great and it worked well for us for the Mother’s Day weekend. Some minor repairs and little touches could’ve made it much better.

Wouldn't take much to go from 3 to 5 stars

The check-in experience was terrible. We were required to pick up the keys for the flat at a small grocery store that was a significant distance away: W2 3ET. The key pick-up location is a 10 minute walk from the nearest Tube station, so 20 minutes roundtrip. Additionally, the Tube station isn't on the same line, so that added time to the check-in process. We had to do this while hauling our luggage and our children. The host should meet guests at the unit or arrange for a key lock box at the unit or provide a taxi from the key pick-up point to the flat. The inside of the flat was mostly quite nice, but a couple of issues should be addressed, including a broken toilet seat and a broken microwave. The beds were comfortable and the unit overall was well-decorated and clean.
