"What an amazing experience.We stayed here seceral times when it was the Hard Rock and were concerned it wouldnt be as good .We had nothing to worry about .Apart frkm he branding nothing else had changed. Awe made very welcome by Maza in the backstage room.Elvin from secutity took us to the room and as i use a walking stick talked me through ths fire evacuation procedure.A lovely gentleman whos name escapes me brought our bags and taljedvus through usingvthe air conditionibg. . We had booked to see Setevie wonder on Saturday then ELO SUnday but dud to ihis ill health ELO was cancelled.We asked at reception of othercefents particularly an art exhibition we wanted to see..He went awaycabd came bzck with 2 tickets for free entyr .What a lovely surprise. The only thing that was disappointng was they had now Brown sauce with breakfast.We did ask but they had run out. That being said it was a first class stay and we will definitely return .Thank you "

"The hotel is in a lovely, walkable area with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés nearby. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable for a city stay. Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a lovely trip. The staff were really pleasant - especially Jerian who was so helpful and friendly. The location is great for shops, restaurants and the tube. We had a king room on the ground floor which was spacious by London standards and had everything we needed."
