"Great location - 2.5 blocks to Great Portland Tube Station. Close to Tesco Express for breakfast. Located on a quiet street and close to pubs and restaurants. Room a little on small side, but that's London. Very clean room. Nice bathroom, hot water. Would stay here again. Note: if taking the Bakerloo line south, walk to Regent Park Tube Station instead of taking Circle Line to Baker St. Tube Station from Great Portland St. Its faster."

"The room was clean as you’d expect. There was a smell of drains coming from the shower room which was unpleasant. Incredibly poor air con meant the room heated quickly if using the shower or a hair dryer. We resorted to leaving the door open to try to cool it from 25 degrees."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had made a comment online about my previous stay, saying that a fridge in the room would have been good and when I came back they gave me an upgraded room with a fridge already in it. Very impressive! Great central location, too. I will be back!"
