"The staff simply couldn't do enough to help us; they were pleasant, kind, helpful and well presented. A staff member in the Coral Room took us downstairs to the Bloomsbury Bar to see if she could get us a table. All the front of house staff were excellent. It made the entire stay one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had, literally anywhere in the world. The room itself we stayed in on the second floor was a delight. In the evening we even obtained resupplies from the room night service. We slept like a dream during the one night of our stay as the noise from outside the hotel is almost none existent, surprising considering you are sixty Street.seconds walk from Tottenham Court Road and Oxford. All in all this is an outstanding hotel, with superb staff that comes highly recommended."
