"Staff were super helpful, bathroom sink was small"

"Beautiful hotel, fabulous location and lovely staff. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Great place to stay, will continue to use as I stay in London for the next few months"

"Very nice and clean as all of us have dust allergies so I am always extremely particular on the cleanliness of a property and this did not disapoint. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were soft. They gave us a balcony room as requested after I made my booking, so we were extremely pleased with that. "Brilliant location and easy check in. Unique ground floor and basement design which would suit colder months as it didn’t have aircon."

"The property wasn't available but they took the booking anyway. Also, didn't bother to inform us. We called them to check right before we were due to check-in and found out there is no place for us. We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. "NEVER book this place! I messaged them about early checkin, they said it won’t be possible and it was fine with us. We arrived somewhere close outside the property (no clear directions on where it is). Waited an hour with my kids in a restaurant and they finally messaged that they had a glitch in their system and that the apartment is not available. I had to book another hotel last minute. Never book this property. They are not reliable. Awful experience with these people"
