"We had booked a 2- bedroom flat for two weeks during the Christmas season. The property is in a great location and the parking was very handy. The building is very warm, which was great for us, as we had our baby with us. There was a Christmas tree on the landing as well as board games we could bottle to play- great touch! The flat was beautiful with lots of natural light, cool decor and lots of storage. We asked for a cot for our baby and there was one. The kitchen is fantastic and includes all necessary items to be able to prepare a meal. We were amazed at how quickly Mickey and Christine would reply to our messages if we needed any help. Our shower was leaking, it was fixed within a few hours despite the fact that it was Christmas eve. The tumble dryer wasn't working as expected , but we were able to move to a flat where the tumble dryer was working. The Internet wasn't working one evening , Mickey called us to tell us how to reset it. Excellent customer service amend we will be booking again next time we're in Belfast! "
