"It is a beautiful building in a historic city. Just like other cities with long history, the wheelchair accessibility can do better. Our room was upgraded. There are 7 steps of stairs from the lift. Just a bit inconvenient for us to carry luggages. It is a beautiful room in a beautiful building at the best location."

"Nice corporate hotel in Central Harrogate. Friendly staff, had lunch and drinks there, very reasonably priced for a big hotel chain. Room was fine, clean and a comfortable bed. Couple of negatives, Slow check in and breakfast was poor. Would stay again, just room only though. "
