"Great hotel! My only gripe is a minor one and that is the cafe downstairs wasn’t open in the morning but again, very minor disappointment."

"Hotel room phone didn’t work so unable to call reception and order/enquire. Breakfast staff was rude to my son. There was no cutlery on our table so he went to get cutlery from a staff member she condescending respond."

"Hotel is ok. Very disappointed with the room. No water pressure and the bed was HORRIBLE. Rock hard with springs in your back. They had people waiting to check in constantly clogging up the lobby. Never seems like a room is ready for anyone arriving early."
