"My family and I stayed at the Green Isle Hotel during our vacation in Dublin. When making the reservation, the hotel stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. We arrived at 7:30 a.m. after an overnight flight from the United States and were prepared to pay that fee. However, the front desk informed us that because we booked through a third party, our room (179) would not be available until 3:30 p.m. After spending the day sightseeing while exhausted, we were so tired that we ended up sleeping in our rental car for nearly two hours before we could check in. This made for a very difficult start to our trip. The room itself was adequate, and we understand that air conditioning is uncommon in Ireland. Unfortunately, our room was located next to the designated smoking area. Cigarette smoke came through the open window, making it impossible to get fresh air, and groups of guests frequently gathered outside to smoke and talk loudly late into the evening. The bathroom appeared clean, but the toothbrush cups were not. One glass still had lipstick residue from a previous guest. Overall, the stay was disappointing. The room was acceptable, but the check-in experience, smoke, noise, and cleanliness issues would make me hesitant to recommend this property to travelers looking for a comfortable vacation stay. I'd rate it 2 out of 5 stars. The issues weren't catastrophic, but they significantly affected our comfort and first impression of Dublin."

"I was extremely impressed with the Ruby Molly! The room itself was excellent - an extremely comfortable bed, fantastic climate control, a great shower, and lots of other top flight amenities (plenty of charger options, Bluetooth speakers, and work area). I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked amazing and other folks seemed very happy. There’s also lots of very comfortable common areas on the first floor to enjoy on a rainy day. The staff was super attentive and helpful! I think it’s a great place and would totally stay there again when visiting Dublin!"

"Well managed new Marriott franchise property. All staff were professional, very helpful (sought ways to assist rather than waiting to be asked), and knowledgeable about their duties. rooms in this property are designed to be controlled by a tabet (lights (there are also switches for most lights), tv, temerature, etc. Rooms have a space saving layout - a small rectangle. The kingsize bead is at the end of the short room and fits wall to wall against the back wall where the window is. Iinstructions tell guests to to sleep with heads toward the window and feet towrd the door (i.e. climb in from the bottom of the bead) to vois having to crawl over a second person to get out of the bed. using teh bed in this fashion makes it difficult for theperson on the left to see the TV which is placed on the wall beside the bed. Breakfast is the same every day. Breakfast - omlete folded over egg (no fillings), potato patty, Irish bacon & sausage, brioled tomato, cooked mushrooms, plus barious breasds, breakfast pastries, cheeses, fruit, fresh squeezed juices, cereals, and various coffees to order. Food well prepared. Much is posted on line about Marriott franchies not honoring Marriott honored guest ebenefits - this property honors benfits. My wife and I stayed at the property for 10 days. Property is well located and a short walk to the center of the city, walking tours, and sights."

"What a great surprise! We found this hotel by chance and weren’t quite sure what to expect, but it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Even though our stay was only for one night, it left a lasting impression. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!"
