"Property was clean and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable although pillows were not (in my opinion, I realize this is subjective). Water pressure was good and hot in the shower but it was not easy getting in and out of the tub the way it was positioned in the room. The main negative for us was that it wasn't really in close walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. When we got back from touring each day and were too exhausted to go very far, we ended up...

"Hotel was in an amazing location to explore the Old Town, and a 15 minute walk to the New Town. Open top bus stop right outside. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Lots of bathroom products supplied. Staff were extremely friendly, and breakfast was lovely - great choice of buffet style items plus cooked options. "

"While I love the proximity to the airport and tram, the sidewalks were absolutely dire and crossing the roundabout to get to the tram was grim. That's not the hotel's responsibility, but it did make navigation on foot with a stroller quite challenging. The room was comfortable and spacious though, the beds were comfortable, and the provided cot was clean and premade for us upon our request."

"Great location, ideal if you’re getting the train. I was able to check in early, and was given a free cocktail as it was a special occasion. I couldn’t work the air conditioning and within about two minutes of ringing reception, the maintenance team were up to fix it. Every interaction I had with staff was exceptional. A lovely hotel, full of staff who genuinely seem to care. "

"Hotel was a great end to our 2 week tour around Scotland. The parking was my biggest concern but the hotel partnered with Omni at the nearby shopping center and as long as you pre booked it went very smoothly. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The restaurant was pretty good with great staff. We had breakfast, dinner and drinks and enjoyed our experience each time. "
