"I made a mistake booking hotel in incorrect out and the front desk staff assisted me getting refund from Expedia so I wouldn’t have to pay twice for one stay. It was all my mistake but Hyatt staff made it all work out as I had made reservations at Hyatt in DFW instead of SFO. Very grateful for those help and to make it better, after a 15 hour flight I was able to get an early check in"

"Expensive valet parking. Housekeeping requests took almost 2 hours. No one at front desk during check out times and when someone did show up their attitude clearly reflected how they didn’t want to be there/assisting guests. "

"I definitely recommend this hotel! Everything was perfect! The staff was amazing, food was delicious, hotel itself was amazing. They went above and beyond! My daughter graduated this weekend from the GGU, and my husband retired from 30 years Active Duty service (US Navy); when we checked into our rooms they had set up a complimentary charcuterie board and bottle of champagne.. along with a card. I highly recommend this hotel! It won’t disappoint "

"Very nice hotel. Overall exceed our expectations, especially their breakfast! Crab scramble, blueberry pancake, breakfast plates are all AMAZING! Staffs are great and helpful. Room is fine nothing special. The heater is a bit too loud but bearable. Will definitely come back again! Missing the breakfast already!"

"I've stayed at this property multiple times and each time I enjoy my stay. It's a 10 min walk to China town and a 5 minute driver to Fisherman's wharf. The rooms are nice and I love the views from the Tower. The staff is friendly and accomodating. I look forward to my next venture here. "

"This property has a few decades under its belt, but it’s still fresh and interesting. Being originally designed by legendary architect John Portman, the original thoughtful details and space have been well maintained through renovations. The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more prompt to assist—they really make it a choice place to stay. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and hope to return very soon myself!"
