"The manager was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The security guard was very helpful as we arrived late without evening arrival arrangements. The staff were great in the midst of preparing for a wedding and ensured our personal attention! This was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy and is a hidden treasure!
