"We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the receptionist upgraded us to a newly refurbished room on the 11th floor. The room was amazing! We were also given vouchers for a complimentary drink at the bar. The service was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent stay , really memorable, comfy, very family friendly , location and staff are great - only things that could be improved were quality of some cooked breakfast items , decor around bath tub and air con (bit difficult to control) but overall absolutely fantastic and probably best hotel in area by far , even versus Radisson. Disappointed there was no fridge or safe in the room, but there was plenty of coffee/tea options (as with all hotels not enough milk) and biscuits/chocolates. Shower was big and water pressure good with plenty of hot water. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there were so many restaurants & cafes nearby. Within walking distance of shops and attractions. The staff at reception and in the bar were friendly and polite. Received a discount when...

"Really convenient for the centre of town - staff were lovely, even in the middle of the night. Quiet and clean. "

"Hotel is clean but starting to feel a little tired, although not a reason not to stay. The amenities in the room were great with safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, trouser press, and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfortable but pillows weren't great. There is plenty of space in the car park but the barriers are closed at 11pm meaning it cannot be accessed from both sides and it was not clear how to get in after this time. It would have been useful to know this before...

"Staff friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. General manager, Rama was really helpful and made a kind gesture for our anniversary of chocolate cake with “Happy Anniversary “ written in sauce. Hotel could do with updating as no central heating, windows old, sofa badly stained. Plenty of choice on half board and bed was super comfy. Would stay again."
