"I enjoyed the ocean view (and the sunsets) the most . As cleanliness goes, it was very clean, however there was limescale on the shower glass doors and a bit of mildew forming in the corners. Occasional cockroach appearance (due to climate) in the bathroom, but I put a few drops of clove oil (something i always carry with me) and haven’t seen any after that. The food quality was very reasonable with a wide variety to choose from. I was refused a late checkout but was offered use of a courtesy room for showering which was very helpful. Overall a good hotel. I would go back."

"Excellent hotel, second time here. Fantastic facilities, view from the Pool is amazing! Food fantastic, room modern and clean, staff are great and work very hard! Room cleaned daily. Glass lift from hotel down to Puerto Rico harbour and amadores beach is fab! Really recommend this hotel."

"A wonderful experience in Gran Canaria with this outstanding hotel – Gloria Royal Palace Hotel & Spa. Receptions are very nice and helpful. Breakfast Buffet with many different choices of food and drinks. I highly recommend the OMELETTE which is prepared on-site by the chef. Yummy!! Guests staying in the hotel would prefer the outdoor pool. Therefore, the hydromassage station is not crowded. Convenient location, it takes only 6 mins drive to Mogan Mall. Excellent hotel, not to be missed."

"Great for kids and parents. My 3 year old loved it. Room were spacious , the mattress weird. No conditionner just shampoo. They could have nespresso machine instead of instant coffee and their mini fridge is not cold if you plan on keeping milk for your toddler, had to use a cooler w ice. They got free apples at reception and there’s a grocery store 2 min walking distance."

The hotel is set in a beautiful valley just steps away from the beach, surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and views that make you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem on the island. 🏨 Rooms: Our room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. It added an extra level of fun and adventure to the trip! The pools were well-maintained, and the entire complex felt safe and 🌞 Location: The beach is right there, and there are lovely walking paths and nearby attractions in Puerto de Mogán and beyond. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is a great base to start from. "Amazing hotel for relaxing holiday , make sure you book essential all inclusive, it will give you access to a different restaurant to have breakfast and dinner , food was delish , great choice and good selection, beautiful views from junior suite rooms on higher floors , staff is super friendly . I don’t say that often , but I would definitely return . It was amazing stay !!! "

"All inclusive: We loved the garden patio outside our room. Location good. Just cross road to lift down and then 10 mins walk to beach via fun park, shops, mini golf and waterpark. Hotel is fine. Rooms are large and clean. View to opposite mountain is just grey stone featuring an abandoned half built derelict complex. But you get used to it. No sun much before 11.30 at hotel but plenty if you go down to beach or water park. Food is fine with enough choices for the week. Can recommend the sangria and Prosecco but not the white wine which is awful. Pool is nice with plenty of sun beds and pool bar serving free drinks and snacks. Can use gym in sister hotel opposite for free, which we did. Very relaxing week in glorious sunshine and pleasant resort "
