"Room was clean Very low staff on duty. Took an hour and a half to check in. Only 2 staff on duty to check people in, when they know 3 Pm is check in time. Self Check in did not Work likely the wifi was Compromised. Brutal just brutal"

"*first trip to Vegas* Our room wasn’t ready when we got there after driving 28 hours to get there so we agreed to a different room. The room had 1 very small window overlooking the neighborhood behind the building. The room was moist and smelled like mold. HOWEVER the valet staff was absolutely wonderful. Very kind and helpful. Very disappointed as this was my families favorite place to stay may years ago. Will definitely be choosing a different hotel next time around."
