"Very pleasant hotel "

"I love this place. I have been here many times. The rooms are lovely. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. I only wish they would serve breakfast at a business-person’s time. At 0800 it is crazy late for a work day. "

"A Hidden Gem of a Hotel. Staff Are All very Friendly and made us Feel very Welcome. Food is First Class. Grounds are very well Manicured. Excellent base for Visiting Bristol, but you will need a Car as Hotel is off the Beaten track."

"Lovely pub with comfortable room. Friendly staff and nice beer. I was greeted with a warm welcome and escorted to my room. Tea/coffee making facilities were present and fresh milk available on request in the bar. I only had breakfast once but it was tasty and well presented. "

"This is a very old property which has been sympathetically modernised. Spacious bedroom with lovely soft bedding. Good selections of tea, coffee and other drinks in the room. Staff were very attentive and the evening food gave good options on the menu which were well presented and tasty . We would stay again."

"I was given a lovely warm welcome after a long journey to get there and felt at home as soon as arriving. The room was perfect, nice and quiet as requested and breakfast the next day was really nice and set me up for the day. Thanks so much i look forward to returning to you soon"

"Good location , comfy bed, but over priced "

"One of the showers was a little too hot for some of our tastes. The double bed was very hard and difficult to sleep, but it was also very warm whilst we were there. The owners were really communicative before our stay and when we got there. They left us some bread, milk and essentials which was really appreciated. The cottage was warm clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed in our two night stay. We were going to Cardiff for the speedway so the location was a little far away and...
