Lovely hotel and most of the staff. We found the indoor temperature to be very high. We were sweating just by sitting down and having breakfast/dinner.
We travelled with our dog. They had bowls on a tray ready for her in the room which was nice. There was a confusion about where we are allowed to be with our dog. The reception and bar staff told us we can't be in the bar, but when sat outside waiting for our dinner, the owner of hotel came to us and told us that we are allowed to be in the bar!...

Second time staying here. We have family who live in Wigston. Great location for both Wigston and City Centre. Spotlessly clean. Only downside were the uncomfortable pillows

Just stayed for a couple of nights on business in Leicester. Great setting and very convenient to the city. Food was excellent and service was exceptional. My room was a little small but was to a very high standard.
