Amennyiben az ember túl tudja tenni magát a 90-es évekbeli berendezéseken, még jól is érezheti magát
Negatívumok: Gyenge higiénia, Csótányirtó szag, Vékony falak (hallatszik a szomszédok minden zaja), Öreg, ósdi berendezési tárgyak, Kicsi az ágy két személynek (minden ágynemű kétszemélyes/dupla, ami nem túl előnyös, noha ez szubjektív), Mini TV, tragikusan lassú internet a földszinten, Nehezen parkolható a környék. Pozitívumok: Az apartman remek helyen van, csodálatos kilátás nyílik az óceánra, Éttermek, boltok közel vannak, A házkezelő hölgy rendkívül kedves, Ár-érték arányban jó, főként, ha az ember sokat kirándul. Wenn man, die Wohnungen ganz schneller wieder vergiss ( einfach nur Ekelhaft ) war das Objekt, recht nett. Der Poolbereich war sehr sauber und schön. Die Leute im Haus waren freundlich.

estancia muy buena!
estamos muy contentos, el piso bonito, comodo, con todo lo necesario (solo no encontramos la plancha), con mafnifica vista al mar, el coche es muy recomendable para disfrutar todos los sitios de la isla.
