Welcome to LA Surf Villa 2, with exclusive panoramic sea views of the local surf breaks of Las Americas and situated central next to Siam Park (water park) and Siam Mall which has bars, restaurants and shops.
- The beaches and nightclubs are only a 10 minute walk or a few minutes taxi ride.
- You`ll have a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool table, ping pong table, chill zone, BBQ, roof terrace + more.
- Wifi is excellent through out the house with high speeds.
All the rooms are on the ground floor and then the roof terrace is upstairs.
You can park inside the gate if you have a little car but normally it`s just easy to park on the street. Walking and taxi`s are the best way to get around.
We are located in the most expensive area of Tenerife, surrounded by villas and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, beach`s, clubs, water parks and shopping malls.
You can walk to most places from the villa or you can call a taxi and it will pick you up at the door, there is street parking or private villa parking if your car is small.
All the bathrooms and bedrooms are located on ground floor so it`s great if you don`t want to deal with stairs.

Great villa great holiday
The villa was perfect for us. 10 minute walk from Siam and 10 minutes from bars and restaurants. Anastasia our contact for the villa was excellent. We were met even when our flight was delayed by 6 hours from 20:25 until 02:25 am. I would highly recommend.

Great villa, great location.
I stayed here on a hen weekend at the start of May 2024. There was 10 of us on the hen weekend.
The villa was fabulous. It was big enough for all of us. Overall the villa is light and bright throughout, and is cleaned to a high standard. The plunge pool was bigger than it looks in the photos. It has plenty of outside space, with the pool tables and ping pong tables being a great bonus. The location of the villa is about a 10 minute walk into Adeje, or 4/5 minutes in a taxi.
I would definitely return here with a large group again. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and communicated well before and during our stay.

Outstanding value
13 of us aged between 18-23 boys stayed for 5 nights. The property was brilliant was spot on to the listing. The best thing was the communication with the Villa worker who was quick to reply to any problems we had. Our gas ran out on the BBQ and it was replaced next day. The Estrella tap was great value and used a lot! Would highly recommend to anyone our age.
