"Our stay at The Ritz Carlton Abama was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, champagne on the terrace, and thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home. Every member of the team was kind, professional and truly passionate about what they do — special thanks to Isabelle, Carmen and Gustavo, who went above and beyond throughout our visit. The resort itself is breathtaking. From palm-lined gardens to ocean views, every space feels calm and beautifully designed. Our accessible room was both elegant and practical, with seamless access throughout and a private balcony that offered the most stunning views of the sea. It was wonderful to enjoy room service and unwind in comfort without a single compromise on style. Dining was outstanding — especially the seafood restaurant, where we enjoyed tender baby squid, the best paella we’ve ever tasted, and local wine that complemented it perfectly. The lobby bar’s cocktails and an impromptu rum masterclass were unexpected highlights. The spa was a true sanctuary. The therapists were lovely, and the range of treatments and facilities — from saunas and sensory showers to yoga on the terrace — created the perfect setting for relaxation. Accessibility was considered throughout, and I found using the facilities simple and safe. The Ritz Carlton Abama is a shining example of how luxury and accessibility can exist side by side. "I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. We decided to upgrade to all inclusive on arrival which i would recommend due to the local town being limited for dining options. The dining on offer at the hotel was absolutely great and i couldnt fault it at all. The roon was spacious and clean but a little tired looking. I would have expected more minibqr items to be included with AI. The hitel is expensive but tge quality was spot on. We had the most relaxing lovely holiday "
