Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, sehr gemütlich…der Gegenentwurf zu den fürchterlichen Bettenburgen unten an der Küste… Wir haben uns sehr über den Willkommensgruß in Form von landestypischen und leckeren Naturalien gefreut. "The property is fully fitted out as a holiday home. Everything apart from a washing machine. Beautiful garden and vista towards the coast and mountains. Getting to the home is challenging, very steep single track roads some very narrow and off road. Our small hire car found it challenging. Take the wrong route and you can easily get lost. Some routes too steep for my car. Some clear maps would really help. "

Abgesehen von den unten beschriebenen Dingen, hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und können das Haus empfehlen, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche auf Komfort hat. "We were 6 People who had a very beautiful stay. Thanks to the Location which was very quiet. There are three Barths, just one of them didnt work After a few days anymore, But we still got two left (all good). The Pool was heated up an got cleaned very often. The view to the sea and the sunsets were just stunning :) The House was clean and comfy. If we go to Teneriffa again we would come back to the House :) "

"A Wonderful Experience Everything about this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The cleanliness, the service, and the hospitality were excellent from beginning to end. The restaurant and buffet were fantastic, with plenty of variety and everything very well prepared. I also want to give a special thank you to the housekeeping staff and the wonderful employees at the hotel shop. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily come back again! ❤️✨"

"Fantastic stay. Most relaxed holiday - beach/pool, eat, sleep and repeat. Loved the location - can easily walk to los cristianos old town one way, and las americas and beyond the other. we had a room overlooking the beach - sunbeds only 6 euros - and excellent beach restaurant - which was perfect. Connected rooms a bonus. Rooms Cleaned every day. Lovely pool - with new towels every day. Hotel pool bar with nice and reasonable menu. Breakfast in the morning accompanied by a pianist was delightful - so much choice. Every member of staff was lovely. Can get a taxi for about 10 euros to get between places, ie Del duque / fanabe. Restaurant recommendations: Essenza - 30 min walk - best views, arrive before sunseet. Oro di Napoli - los Cristianos old town - the best pizzas (and cheap!). Limonella - Italian - book in advance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The property was clean, air conditions and other facilities in the property was in good working condition. The staff at the receptions were very kind and helpful. The swimming pool was clean and had always life guard around. The accommodation is about 15 to 20 mins drive to Las America, Los Christianos and the very popular Siam Park which was very good. We stayed for 7 days and we enjoyed our stay, we will definitely return and highly recommend the accommodation to others."

"Venue is wonderful and beautiful. However, for a 5* hotel and the brand The Ritz-Carlton, it could certainly do with some improvements. 1) Pool cleanliness: the pool is very filthy. We stayed for a week ar Tivoli before coming to the Ritz. The Tivoli Hotel pool is meticulously clean. The Ritz seems to not clean their pool regularly. Very disappointing for a 5* hotel. 2) TXOKO poolside restaurant: poor quality food at horrendous prices. Dry meat, pasta with no taste, croquettes for €6 that are less than a bite. Compare this to Tivoli Hotel restaurants by Chef Olivier where they serve real tasty food. TXOKO gets 4/10 from me. 3) Breakfast: options not great, food not great quality, and staff are overworked and stressed. We were served pre-cooked cold fried eggs, and bad coffee in half filled cups from the machine. I wonder who inspected their 5* rating. 4) Lobby smells of diapers and not a great experience to be in. Most luxury hotels smell luxurious and wonderful, you would want to be in the lobby. 5) Check-in vs Check-out: totally different treatment by staff during check-in vs check-out. Both at restaurants (TXOKO) and with the bag storage in the lobby. It’s as if they know you’re about to leave so they treat you differently. Apart from the above, I think this place could be wonderful if they improved these points. Would rate this place 4.5/5* until they work on the above points."
