"Absolutely fabulous place, gorgeously located, beautiful premises overlooking Los Gigantes. The staff are fabulous also, incredibly kind and attentive, a special shout out to Angela and Nacho, who were lovely and funny and so helpful. The place is beautiful and so clean and fresh, the rooms were also cleaned daily, a pristine job every time. Perfect balcony. Everything around was so accessible and easy to reach, and taxis are very reasonable. The service is just fantastic and the mood was so chilled. The food was nice but most times we liked to be in the town, I love a nice lasagna and the lasagna I had there was right up my street. The only thing i would say is that the bar closes a little bit early, 9pm, but it wouldn't make me take away any stars from the place, but just after 9 it would be nice to have a night cap before bed, but it really isn't that important. We were so sad to leave, but absolutely cannot wait to come back, it's an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff ❤️"

"Excellent Staff except for grumpy bartender at pool. We brought our own drinking cups but was forcing us to use the hotels plastic cups and pay 1€ deposit. Made no sense. Rooms need updating. Especially bathrooms but the beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean. We asked for a quiet room and they put us on the top floor - thank you. Food at restaurant for all inclusive was decent and there was variety everyday. Staff at the restaurant were excellent. Hotel located in good proximity to ocean and restaurants/bars but there is no good beach nearby."
