"This is a nice apartment with large outside area. The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people and the showers are excellent. We all agreed that it was very clean on arrival (not something we always have!). Underground parking for the car is a good facility as the parking spaces on the road are often fully occupied. "When we arrived at front door of a small Spanish town we were shocked but that was down to me not reading it wasn't a tourist town but we soon got over it and enjoyed our 10 day stay with a 45 foot terrace facing the sun all day with a well equipped kitchen.it would have been nice if it had UK TV or even Netflix when we came home at night but we survived.They did have good security and underground parking if you needed it so thumbs up"

"Wife and I had a great time at Victors apartment the highlight is the huge roof terrace which gets the sun all day. The apartment is also very well located for the beach, restaurants etc and there is a big Spar supermarket just down the street .Great place great host top marks Jim and Dawn"

"We had a great stay. Carmelo helped really quickly whenever we had a problem. The stove was broken and he replaced it immediately. Arinaga is really nice and the apartment well located. You can go swimming a few meters opposite. The terrace is great although the wall is a bit high and so you only have the great sea view when standing."

"This apartment is spacious and has the benefit of the most wonderful views. Not mentioned is the stunning roof terrace that has marvellous 360• views across several bays. There is, perhaps, not enough explanation of using the facilities and I had to message the owner frequently over the first few days. My advice is to ensure that you know how to switch on the hot water, where the washing machine is and possibly how to connect the WiFi before you book. I would thoroughly recommend this...

"This apartment was great for our week stay. It was our first time in Gran Canaria and we really enjoyed the great weather and diverse geography. "Good location 5 minute drive from parking in the resort. Easy to head North to Mogan and up to the mountains to walk. Being met by a property manager with his useful information,rather than a keystore was great. "This property for a 3 star is exceptional value for money, beautiful grounds. I would suggest a car if your stopping here couple of restaurants near small pizza bar love and hate great. I think shuttles are available. Parking on site couple of euros per day, safe a euro a day. Pool sude food and bar good value not over priced. Plenty of beds, massive pool. All in all great value property."
