"Friendly staff overall. They really work hard to please the customers. Food is above average and varied. Not all the restaurants are open. Japanese was open only one day on Saturday. I believe it is due to low season and occupancy. But service and food well worth the money. One thing I did not like is right upon Checking we were assigned a concierge thinking it is their process for first day orientation only to réalise he was the vacation ambush coordinator. After 45 minutes of Con-sell-ierging he decided to send us to the department of gift with conditions. Of course we declined."

"Not “ALl-inclusive”.. there are tiers.. if you want room service, that’s another tier,..I felt “nickeled and dimed”…no great vegetarian options,.. YOU MUST discuss with hotel beforehand or expect low protein, high carb basic options. Beach closes at 7pm"

"What a great condo - perfect for our family of four, and 6 could have easily fit. The condo was very clean and provided beach towels as well as other linens. The owner and property manager were great and very helpful. We weren't looking for a resort vibe, so this beach and condo were absolutely great for us. It was a quick trip to town or to sandy beaches to the south, as well as the Eco Park (which we reommend). We rented a car and could come and go as we pleased, and also joined a couple organized trips. The snorkeling off the beach was great and we saw a lot of marine life right at the condo. This western side of the island is largely free of sea grass even in August, so swimming was great! I would definitely come back to this condo and Cozumel. Thank you to Janet for sharing your wonderful place!"

"Tracey’s condo is the best! My teenage daughter loved the bunk room. She made the bed into a king, the curtains allowed her to sleep in and the room was super cold. She slept amazing! Kitchen was perfect for our evenings in and we even prepared a cake for her birthday. Tracey is very accommodating and helpful in planning our trip and exploring. She suggested many restaurants. Two restaurants that we visited several times. Kooben Laab and Guidos, both were amazing because they can accommodate food allergies and the food was just delicious. Snorkeling outside the condo was excellent. She suggested a snorkeling trip that we would definitely do again! We would 100 percent return to this place. Thank you Tracey and Wayne for sharing your lovely home with us! Until next time…."

"Really communicative, loved the rooftop. We had our dive company pick us up from the dock at the restaurant next door, which was great. We were comfortable and enjoyed our time here! Just rent a car if you don't want to pay taxi costs each time you want to go to town!"

"The condo was excellent and fully stocked with things you might need. It was large and spacious. It was very clean. Everything was functional. It is literally the condo closest the beach right outside your door. The snorkeling at the property itself was fantastic. All the gear was provided in the outdoor nook. It was also a barbecue which I took advantage of. Also the pool at the facility was very clean and well taken care of. The property worker was there everyday working on the outdoors. The AC units in the condo worked very well with easy controls. Communication with the host was easy and clear. We had a great time in this lovely condo and if I go back to Cozumel I will definitely book again."
