"I was very pleased that they upgraded me to an ocean front room! Zyanya and Samantha with Expedia at Sandos Playcar Resort were OUT OF THIS WORLD good! Their customer service was the best I ever received and I hope their manager sees this and knows how lucky the resort is to have them both working there. "We really enjoyed our stay at Allegro! The staff was fantastic and so kind! Arbey Aguilar and Diego and Diego really made the activities fun, we enjoyed to new games everyday. From Volleyball (beach and pool) to bingo. It was fun and enjoyable. It was also great to speak with Arbey for a minute and get to know him while things were a little slow.
We also enjoyed a couples massage Yucelmi and Alejandra. They worked so hard to make our experience relaxing and therapeutic. We also visited Sophia in the fish spa! That was a new experience for us. And she was so sweet and fun to talk to. "
