"Housekeeping didn't always clean room, waiting on hold for 15 minutes to talk to someone. No refrigerator or coffee maker in room. Water pressure terrible in shower"

"Everything was great. The only thing I was surprised at is that they even charge you for a cup of coffee in your room come on anyway the place was beautiful. I had a beautiful time beautiful stop things that went wrong. They fixed. I would definitely come back as a group again. Lots of cool, lounges and bars and restaurants. This place is amazing."

"My experience at the Excalibur was incredibly frustrating from the very beginning. I booked a Royal Superior room, but the quality of the accommodations was extremely low and did not match the name at all. The check-in process was a total mess and took an hour and a half just to get into the room. When I finally got inside, the bathtub was dirty and there were visible stains all over the walls. The carpet felt old and grimy, the entire space had a strong smell of stale smoke, and there was no coffee provided. This was supposed to be an upgraded room, but it felt neglected and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here until they address the lack of cleanliness and the unacceptable wait times at the front desk."
