"Perfect hotel in central London! Easily accessible by Tube and walkable to many major landmarks. Room was just the right size for me, especially because I spent most of my days out of the room. The air conditioning was very appreciated during the current heat wave in the UK/Europe. The bathroom appears to be recently updated and was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again"

"Bed was comfortable. Pillows were flat. Bedding, bath, toilet and sink were clean. Carpet was sticky and there were lots of dust and webs in every corner. TV was huge (which was great for the England game!) Air con was BRILLIANT! was 30 degrees when we visited so this was an added bonus! Location was great for where we needed to be. We used the uber boat and the shuttle boat a few times (shuttle free if you show them hotel booking). Breakfast was poor. No bacon, mushrooms or tomatoes. Staff on the desk when checking in were rude, sharp and seemed like they really didn't want to be there. All in all, the size of the TV and the aircon was worth every penny! we were only here for one night so didn't feel any need to complain or moan."
