Absolutely loved the decor, it almost felt like you was part of the Titanic history.
Staff were amazing, food was very nice, (if on the pricey side)
The hotel was right next to the Titanic museum and made our stay even better
Great historic location
In the heart of where Titanic was built
Great walks round historic Belfast dock area
Great Titanic memorabilia
Service ranged from amazing in Wolff restaurant for dinner ,
Restaurant manager took great care of all customers ,
To very poor in bar :slow surly service
They did a great job incorporating the history of the building onto the hotel. Room was modern, spacious and comfortable. Titanic museum is across the street. There's a 30 minute trail into town displaying the history of Belfast.
We had a lovely view from our room the hotel. Was lovely and safe we were close to everything we needed and the bus stop was right across the street took you straight into town

The hotel was far too short staffed. Couldn't get a drink at the bar; nor a dinner reservation and my room service took 1 hour 30 mins to arrive.

Great hotel with great history. Great rooms snd service.
I stayed at this hotel with my 5yo titanic obsessed son. The location was ideal to cater to our needs and I couldn’t fault our room in any way. It was spacious, clean, well thought out and the bed was so comfortable. I’ll be staying here on my next visit to Belfast and I’d recommend anyone else to do the same

Terrible service
Dark dingy room with poor lighting
The food and beverage staff was performed poorly during my stay. Whether staffing issues or management, it took at least 30 minutes to take an order during the two day stay.
Very nice property but two small complaints:
1. My room was facing busy road. The sound-proofing was poor. Had I been staying more than 1 night I’d have needed to move rooms.
2. There is no gym here, not even a small fitness room. I find that incredibly odd for a property of this standard to lack a fitness room with a treadmill and a few basic bits. Massively overlooked in my opinion.
Everything was spotlessly clean - from the bar and stairwell to the bedroom and bathroom. The staff are welcoming and friendly and most importantly (for me) the room was so quiet. Bliss! Thanks for having me.

Fantastic property steeped in history beautifully and tastefully decorated.
As the Harland and Wolff Titanic Drawing Office, this building is full of history and has many references back to its original life. Framed pictures and photographs adorn the staircase and public areas. Fabulous place and helpful staff
The hotel is beautiful lots of history to explore inside, unfortunately no sleep air-con system also is for heating it was -1 outside the heating was very difficult to keep steady changing speeds pointing directly towards the bed, we gave up and left the hotel at 05:30 to drive home to sleep.
