This ground floor apartment is walking distance to all of South Shores main attractions (The Pleasure Beach, South Pier & The Sandcastle). Perfect for familys, this property has free parking available on a first come first served basis. In addition to this there are also four pay and display car parks within walking distance to the property.

In addition, the apartment is pet friendly upto two pets and has easily accessible transport links via tram or bus to both Blackpool & Lytham St Annes.

The apartment has Smart tvs in both the lounge and the bedroom, free wifi & a recently refurbished bathroom. We also have a fully fitted kitchen will full amenities; fridge/freezer, kettle, cutlery, toaster, baking tray, pots & pans and plates & glasses . In Addition to this we do have a washing machine and provide a drying rack and iron & ironing board.

Sleeping 4, the bedroom has one king sized bed and one bunk bed along with a hairdryer and clothing hangers. We also provide all bed linens and towels (including body and hands), mini soaps & shampoos and cooking essentials such as olive oil and salt & Pepper.
