"Staying in Casa Serena 10 has been an amazing experience! We were really impressed from the beginning to the end of our stay! Casa Serena 10 combines comfort and style perfectly. Very elegant decor, and a peaceful, soothing atmosphere. Every part of Casa Serena 10 had that nice vacation/relaxing feeling. Whether relaxing in the lounge or walking around, it all felt just perfect. This hotel really provides a top-quality experience in every aspect. We stayed for three nights and we didn't want to leave. Everything was extraordinarily clean, peaceful, and pleasant. From start to finish, the hotel management and staff made us feel at home. Our stay was truly memorable. The peaceful ambiance and excellent staff made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Amazing stay!"

"We had a great relaxing and peaceful stay at Casa Isabel. Isabel met us when we said we'd be there, and showed us the villa, with a nice touch of a battle of cava. All the important things were first class with the villa. The veranda was excellent for breakfast, lunch in the garden under dappled shade. The pool area was lovely and very secluded. The pool itself was great to cool off when weather was hot. The main bed was quite new, but the mattress was a little hard for one of us (I thought it was great!). The kitchen was well stocked, but I would suggest one or two wooden cooking implements would be good as it would prevent scratching of the teflon pans. The kitchen area would be a little inconvenient if you were short in stature, with it being very deep to reach some items. Although the cooker/oven was efficient, it did not tell you when it had reached temperature, so it was a bit of guesswork, but the hobs were excellent. The shower was very good and hot, but a little annoying was that the caddy kept falling off the tiles (it was the suction type) so we left it off. We didn't use the TV, but the WiFi was very good. It is easy to get to the main areas of the island, but a car is pretty essential as it is a fair walk to the nearest bus stop. Despite the minor issues we had an excellent stay and would have no hesitation in staying again, and do hope to. BTW the fly-swatter was a useful addition!!!"

"Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war leider sehr enttäuschend.Der Whirlpool hat über den Großteil unseres Aufenthalts nicht richtig funktioniert und einmal ist er komplett ausgefallen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mehrfach gesagt, dass es „normal“ sei, dass der Whirlpool nicht richtig heizt – was für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar ist, wenn dies als Ausstattung angeboten wird.Zusätzlich gab es erhebliche Probleme mit der Warmwasserversorgung. Während unseres Aufenthalts musste das Warmwassergerät ausgetauscht werden, da zuvor bereits kein Warmwasser vorhanden war. Doch selbst nach dem Austausch ist das Warmwasser erneut ausgefallen.Im Apartment selbst gab es mehrere hygienische Probleme: Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich Schimmel über der Klimaanlage, im Wohnzimmer riecht es stark muffig (Putz fällt von der Wand ab) und auch im Badezimmer ist über der Dusche deutlich Schimmel sichtbar. Insgesamt wirkt die Wohnung sehr stickig, da kaum Luftzirkulation vorhanden ist.Besonders störend war auch die Geräuschkulisse im Schlafzimmer. Durch zwei Durchbrüche mit Belüftungssystem ist es nachts sehr laut, sodass erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich ist. Zusätzlich hört man ständig Geräusche, als würde Wasser ausgeschüttet werden.Alles in allem entspricht diese Unterkunft in keiner Weise den Erwartungen. Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich keinen Stern vergeben."

"We found the biggest problem was that we were very cold. In the evening /snd in the day. We only found out there were 2little heaters half way through and they were not adequate. I never got fully warm all week!"

"From the beginning the contact with the host was excellent, check in process was well explained and no hassles.The location is a bit out of the way as we knew and we had a hire car which made getting to and from places nice and easy with Puerto Del Carmen only a short drive away and Puerto Calero nearby also with various shops within a 5/10 minute drive. The local taxis refuse to leave the tarmac roads, so if you wish to go out for a dinner and drink etc then a taxi will only take you as far as the end of the road then a 10/15 minute walk to the villa. This wasn’t ideal as we had someone in our group with disability and couldn’t walk that far.The villa is very nice and spacious. Most areas are clean and well kept although some areas look a bit neglected around the property and could do with a bit of a tidy up and attention just to finish it off. But generally it is nice and clean. The pool is a great addition and was a nice temperature throughout our stay. There is plenty of outdoor seating and sunbeds for everyone to use although the sunbeds could benefit from a deep clean or renewal. If you are afraid of small lizards or cockroaches then I would not recommend staying here. Lizards frequently come out in the villa at night and we woke up each morning to a few cockroaches inside the villa and out in the garden area. If you are looking for somewhere to stay and generally not leave during your holiday then this villa is perfect. Overall we would stay again. "

"We had a lovely relaxing week! The whole place was spotless and comfortable. Very spacious private villa but close to the town/airport if needed. Beautiful views to the coast and across the sea. The check in process was straightforward and Ana communicated with us throughout which made the whole process very easy. Highly recommended! Thank you Ana!"
