huge room at bargain price
You get what you pay for. The reception was welcoming and smart and the room was huge. Plenty space for all 5 of us. But it was rather grim. Mouldy walls, side hanging off the bath, ants everywhere, rather grimy. Dated would be an understatement. We didn’t stay in it other than to sleep. The neighbourhood was nice with a choice of places for dinner within a short walk. We chose an excellent Italian place. The hotel breakfast was in a pleasant refurbished room. I wouldn’t have spent full price for it but the guy on the desk offered us a deal when we checked in.

Oky not good.no lissan what costomet want .chack in 3pm me my wife and my 2 san waiting 2 hour 30 minets.not even 3 minets before. I request them f4/5 times every times anser chack in 3pm. No WIF

Nice appartment but not clean and broken equipments
The AC would not heat the room. Many broken doors. The door of the bathroom would not close. Walls were dirty balconies were dirty with tones of cigaretts bugs on the floor. I was told half the way through we were assigned the wrong appartment. The alternative was worse since there was water leaking. The landry room was out of service and all I was told was that they did not know when it would be fixed. Google map saved me by finding one not far. Would not recommend.

Bad place to stay, get away from it.
Disaster Hotel, The staff ain't nice, the Director is a very mean and cheapskate woman, I asked for an Iron 3 times and every time I got told the hotel had only 3 !!!!! and they did not know where to find them. I had to tell them to go buy some in a store, unbelievable. Only great thing was the shuttle service from the hotel to my customer site in the ZA and back., The guys were really nice. I strongly advise against that hotel, you will NOT enjoy your stay. (also wifi was distastrous)

Econimic stay in a save place near Paris
This hotel is located outside Paris close to Versailles and St. Quentin. The location itself is a little bit lonesome. So don't expect to get some restaurants in a walk-by distance (exept you like Japanese as such cousine is located directly at the hotel. Nevertheless the hotel is in a safe place, so nothing to worry about. The hotel itself was in a very good shape (looks almost new) and very clean. The room was well equipped with a little kitchenette, so it is no problem if you want to cook your own dinner. The facility also comprises a gym, but we had no time to use it. There was a fee for parking the car, but we used it as it was within the fence of hotel. If your destination is Versailles and surroundings it is perfect, if you intend to go to downtown Paris in the morning add minimum one hour traffic jam during the week.

front desk very helpful Room was a bit aged, desk chair broken, need some fresh paint or wall washing, but it was functional for us. there is a nest of rats by the dumpster which were entertaining, (note to management, this should be dealt with) to but it was the best priced hotel in the area that could accommodate a family of 6. the train to Paris is about 5 minute drive to reach and the train is about a twenty 5 minutes to city center

Hotel was just as other reviews had stated. Residential area. Away from restaurants or sights, but good price. Hotel in good shape, but the elevator was out when we stayed there. Had to lug our bags up 4 floors.

Great on the first day...
No complaints on arrival, but my room wasn't cleaned, sheets or towels changed in a week 'because it was booked through Expedia and it's not included'. Staggering.

A good, all round hotel & area
I was a little concerned, after reading other reviews, but we really enjoyed our stay. The room was large with a sweet little kitchen area, bathroom was nice & the bed was perfect. The hotel is in a residential area, which I thought, was very pleasant. The Sushi bar attached to the hotel was fab & at lunchtime was filled with local business people, clearly a sign that it is good. The receptionist was nice & always had a smile for us. In short, if I go to the velodrome again, this is the place where I would stay.

Spacious room.
Decent hotel with the advantage of small kitchen area in the room. Lift not working though and the local area is very industrial without much to choose from in terms of Restaurants within walking distance.

Great value
Room was all we needed, close to a road, they are very happy to drop you at station to get to Paris. Not sure it would be my cup of tea is we stayed longer than a couple of nights though. Room was clean and had all you needed after a day in Paris including a nice balcony.

Quiet neighborhood...not much around
It was a good hotel for the price and close to a bus stop which took you straight to the Chateau of Versailles and the train station, however, there was not much around the hotel with the exception of one sushi restaurant. The last bus left at 8:00 pm from the main bus stop to the hotel, so unless paying for a taxi or driving yourself you were subject to that last bus to get back.

Location Inconvenient and Hotel room needed work
We rented this hotel because of the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen area. This hotel was not in a convenient location, but we thought the hotel shuttle would make up for the location. Unfortunately the shuttle did not end up working out for us as much as we had hoped. We spent more money on taxis and we could have put the money towards a hotel closer to a convenient location. During our 4 day stay only 1 of 3 hotel staff spoke English. The bathroom in the room had a shower stall and a very ineffective shower curtain. By the time you took a shower the whole bathroom floor was soaking wet. There was water damage on a wall that needed to be addressed. This is not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, but I would not stay at this hotel again.

Great apartment hotel for a weekend escape
We spent a Saturday night at this hotel. It is stated that the reception is closed during the weekend on the Expedia website. However, it is open 24/7. I think the information is probably out of date on the website. The rooms are very nice and clean. There are staff speaking very good English and they are very helpful. Facilities are basic since it is an apartment hotel. The lift was out of service during our stay. Breakfast is pricy, 10 euro each person. They only have very basic food such as cereal, yogurt, some bread. However, there is an excellent Japanese restaurant (owner is Chinese) next to the hotel. The food there are so tasty and the price is very reasonable. There are a lot of parking spaces available, which is very convenient if you drive a car. Good location, about 15 mins drive to the Palace of Versailles, 30mins drive to central Paris.

BOIS D'ARCY is not the most attractive of villages but this was a business visit. Hotel was well furnished and the staff extremely helpful. I would certainly use the hotel again for future business trips.

Great location and size, just needs cleaning
We drove to France from England and wanted to stay outside of Paris. We were a quick drive to the train station, parking was free, and it took about thirty minutes to get to Paris. The community was great. Now for the apartment, it's very roomy, it just needs a good cleaning from top to bottom.

Enjoyable stay
Staff was very friendly and helpful,spoke very good English. The rooms was very clean and well kept. Good location hotel was , about 20mins drive from eiffel tower. Good value for money for a short stay i would recommend this hotel.

Très bon séjour en couple
Très bon hôtel pour un week-end en couple. Chambre propre et confortable, très calme, facile d’accès, tout à proximité (restaurant, boulangerie, centre commercial). Personnels très accueillants, souriants, et à l’écoute des besoins. Je recommande sans hésiter.
