"This property is pretty nice, the staff were absolutely fantastic. They really did a bang up job helping us with directions!! The bar staff was amazing, super friendly and fun. My only negatives would be they deactivated the wooden room keys and didn’t send out any type of notice. So, when we returned to the room late after a Yankees game, we had to go back to the front desk for new keys. "

"If you’ve stayed at a Motel One in Europe before, then you know not to expect too much in terms of amenities. However, the room had everything we needed: a small fridge, iron, hair dryer. The bed was very comfortable and the room was bigger than expected; we were able to fit two large suitcases. Staff were very friendly and the location is great for transport, particularly if you’re planning on using the ferries. All in all a good experience."

"From the moment I checked in to the time I left the hotel, I had a wonderfully experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I cannot say that enough. My room was lovely and it was cleaned every day. I had a beautiful view. I never once heard my neighbors. I got great sleep and was able to walk to work. "The property is nice and well maintained. The Front Desk Staff is cold, that the only way I can explain it. they are not warm inviting people. they need training in providing Exceptional customer service, they should smile and acknowledge guests, this would bring them to an higher rating - that is why i would not give me a 5 star. The Manager on call was good and addressed an issue that popped up. "

"The rooftop bar was amazing. If you stay here, do not miss an opportunity to have a drink iup there. Rooms were well put together HOWEVER, the music was so loud the last two nights of my stay in the club area, I literally could not sleep. I was awake until 2am ? and had to get up for a flight....two nights in a row. Choose a room on a higher floor. They called this an "upgrade" but it was really not. I was on Floor 3 "

Cons—only two slow, small elevators to serve both guest and housekeeping staff. Only one ice machine for guests and it is located in the cellar, we had to go down and back up 36 floors on slow and usually crowded elevators just to get a bucket of ice. "
