"The staff wasn't helpful. Our 3p check out time was delayed an hour because the room wasn't ready. The lady manager refused to reimburse us for the time lost and never even apologized. The room was tiny and they put a king size mattress on top of a queen making me slide to the edge of the bed. The room was much smaller than portrayed on their website. We decided to leave a night earlier because of the examples mentioned above. Stay away from this hotel. A rip off."

"Nice hotel in a good, central location that is walkable to many sights in Dublin. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected in Europe, and a bit dated."
