"The room was in a great location and accessed by keypad so no key needed. Pre-check-in was done online that everything was easy. The room as well located on the High Street and close to places we wanted to visit. The room was very clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable with lovely white crisp in. Plenty of hot drinks and orange juice and porridge provided. The over bath shower was fine but could have been better in terms of power and heat. The plumbing in this room is quite noisy, especially the boiler in the bathroom but closing the door when going to bed dialled the noise. The room faces the High Street so there is some expected noise from this but it did not bother us. The bistro below is separate to the rooms so there is no front desk so to speak but staff in the bistro were delightful and our breakfast there was amazing. You can park for free in certain bays in a car park just the other side of the High Street. 2 minute walk. Overall a delightful stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! A beautiful rural location with a private garden area which was perfect for our 2 kids and dog. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host Melanie gave clear and helpful instructions on how to find the property and check in, which made everything stress free. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again when we come to Sussex!"
