The wonderful staff changed the room for me and were very helpful and accommodating. super convenient location to everything, was a shame the lift didnt work, quite a few flights of stairs to get to the room. Its a very old property but basic and had everything necessary provided. "

"Loved staying at Hotel Santa Justa in Lisbon. This was an ideal base for our Portugal vacation. The room, services and amenities of the hotel were splendid and the onsite restaurant Elvador is superb! The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and just steps from the metro and common meeting places for day tours. The complementary refilling of the mini-fridge was a nice touch. Thank you Santa Justa for making our vacation so memorable!!"

"The rooms were immaculate and facilities great. They were cleaned twice daily with bottles of water replenished regularly and extra on request. Lovely touches such as chocolates in the evening and a plate of pastries and bottle of wine on arrival made it more special. The breakfast buffet was excellent, something for everyone. It was fresh and excellent quality. The staff at the hotel were, without exception, excellent.
