No smoking or vaping or a $500 fine when I have worked in smokey Vegas bars & casinos for 15 years was amazing!!! Horrible scent machines they had in the public bathrooms smelled awful like cheap mens Coolwater cologne, absolutely terrible and super strong actually made me nauseous and gave me headaches. Especially when you are drinking in the hot sun all day smelling that horrible strong scent is awful. Adults only lobby side was the same, some horrible scent machine just a different super strong terrible scent. Not sure I agree with the poor dolphins on property (one had a huge gash in his snout probably from being in such small quarters fighting with other dolphins or pushing overweight customers to earn his food) and the water in tank was filthy. I am all for petting, feeding, taking pictures with any beautiful creatures if they are well cared for but not sure after seeing the injury on one it made me sad especially seeing how loud the music and activities going on right next to their tank was. The Steak restaurant was our favorite attached to the adults only tower, 4 screaming kids seated next to us to ruin our dinner not so much. The entertainment was based around kids. Adult pool uneventful terrible boring music total snoozefest just no kids. Definitely wouldnt return to this particular Hyatt since the resort isnt ALL adults but as far as service, staff, cleanlines, food went .....if it was an Adults Only at the entire resort by Hyatt absolutely!

Everything was excellent. No need reservation for a restaurant and we didn’t wait for our table. Excellent hospitality and this resort made me feel I was a princess. The only thing I didn’t like was a dolphin pool where they kept dolphins for the guests to watch or touch. It broke my heart and I tried to avoid that area. The hotel did everything to make their guests happy and I understand the cute dolphins definitely make many guests with kids happy, but I just felt so sad.

Great place. Clean. Staff is wonderful. Beach is the nicest in Cancun I've seen. Just be aware that "adults only" is only your tower and 3rd floor pool. Anything else is family friendly, meaning restaurants, activities, beach....
