"Everything with this all-inclusive stay was great, so I gave it five stars. However, I have two comments: 1: The pool operating hours are from 10:00 to 19:00, which is not ideal. I prefer early morning or late-night pool access, which was not available. 2: there was no duvet, and we were given blankets that were not in good condition. We asked for two other blankets, but those were not in good condition either. Other than these two issues, every aspect was great."
