"This is our favourite place in Canmore.we travel app 3/4 times a year to the west coast! However this time we were assigned a room that is our least favourite! We have been fortunate to have stayed in almost all those rooms category! I’ll make sure it not that one we just had next time! "

"The hot tub at the property we stayed on was out of service for our time there. An outdoor hot tub is one of the main criteria for my hotel choices, so when we learned it wasn’t working, we considered cancelling and picking a new hotel- until we saw the hot tub closure policy that states no refunds, no discounts. However, when we got a call from the front desk asking how our check in went, they did offer us access to their other property just a quick walk away which was very nice Aside from that, it’s a lovely stay, the check in process was so simple, the front desk communication was great, and it’ll be in my top picks for future trips to the area for sure. "
