"Hotel was great. I traveled alone and the area always felt safe and so close to the main attractions. It was in walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Clock tower or Big Ben as well as the Orlando eye. Hotel was clean and staff friendly! Room was spacious enough and bed wicked comfortable."

"A great check in, where we also received a free upgrade and a drink each at the hotel bar. Lovely staff and a great welcome. We had a great king size bed and the rooms were nice. "

"We were meant to stay for 4 days but sadly had to cut our stay short after the first night due to a family bereavement. On first impressions the hotel and its staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room a touch small but very clean and quite. Excellent location if you want to be in the heart of London. It felt we were staying in the Buckingham Palace courtyard lol. Shame we didn’t get to experience the hotel properly but hopefully we will back again another time."
