"Everything about this place was perfect! The hotel staff at front desk were so so sweet! Alex was very funny and helpful when we checked-in, despite how tired we were. Pooja was also so sweet to us - they all felt like friends. Room was spotless, location is right next to Paddington station, loved the area. Only thing is that the washroom was tiny! also lots of stairs to go up to our room since we were on the 4th floor so just a heads up for those that would want to avoid stairs. "

"A very pleasant stay and perfectly licated for theatreland and central London attractions. Very attentive and friendly staff, quick and easy check-in and able to leave bags early so we could go explore. Room was very clean and comfortable with incredible views. Bathroom very clean with plenty of toiletries. Well presented breakfast with plenty of choice."

"This is what I call a proper London hotel - it has everything you need. A great bar & restaurant, a coffee shop/snack bar, a convenience shop and a concierge and all in a fantastic location! Despite the hotel being almost fully booked, we were offered an upgrade to a larger room which was greatly appreciated. The room was huge with a bath and a shower plus a great range in the complimentary room service fridge. My only negative comments are that the lifts are very slow and it’s a bit of a scrum when everyone returns at the same time and that some areas are looking little tired - but overall we had a great couple of nights and would definitely look at booking again next time we are in London! "

"Nice place, great location and breakfast. We arrived from the U.S. about 10am and they had a room available. Note: A King size bed is actually Queen size in the U.S. The rooms are small, and I'm not sure there would be room for a true King size bed. "
