"Fantastic hotel for my partners birthday! We both enjoyed our stay we didn’t want to leave. The hotel arranged for the balloons to be in the room upon arrival and also left a note with an Everton toblerone. The hotel gave us a room with a view of hill Dickson upon my request which was lovely of them. The spa was fantastic! One of the Best spa’s I’ve been to! There were two weddings during our stay which was lovely to see and didn’t disturb our stay! The rooms are huge and they were just perfect for our weekend away. "
"The hotel is situated within a minutes walk of the Cavern. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast is good quality and there's plenty of choices. "Great three days in the hotel. We were greeted at reception by very friendly staff. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was large and comfortable. We had a great view overlooking the docks. It was lovely to have a fridge with complimentary non- alcoholic drinks included. We will definitely come back. "
