"I appreciated that this hotel was close to the airport and that there was a shuttle to Terminal 3. The room and bathroom were clean. A baby cot was brought to the room straight away. Check in and check out was quick and easy. No lines. My only complaints are that the internet was terribly slow. I could not even make a voice call over the internet. In addition, getting a taxi meant I had to go out and stand in the heat on the street. Is there not a way to call for a taxi? The woman at...

"The suite was spacious, Clean. having a kitchenette could be a bonus for this room. staff are very nice. breakfast needs to include more varieties to match with Arab and western guests , as it focus on Asian food ... the hotel is next door to mall of the emirates , and Metro train station at the mall as well as less than 10 min walk to mashreq metro station. "

Restaurant is open long hours breakfast 6:30am - dinner closed by 10:30pm coffee shop inside the hotel & many stores walking distance 24/7 … public transportation walking distance from the hotel . Can on time & only 20 minutes from the airport "
