"Check in was chaotic! The receptionists we’re trying to deal with several different guests at one time meaning it wasn’t a smooth process and mistakes were happening. We tried to check in at 4.40pm only to be told that our room wasn’t ready, even though it says you can check in from 3.00pm! The hotel was clean and tidy."

"The location was perfect for us. It was in a fairly quiet area, near St Patrick's Cathedral, but within a 20 minute walk to most all the highlights. The breakfast was good too."

"The breakfast and staff in the lounge and restaurants were amazing. Very helpful front desk, annd super nice. Our only downside was our bedroom maintenance. The first few days were very good. The cleaning went downhill pretty fast after that. We came back after a long day to a bathroom that had not been cleaned and garbage was still in the can from the morning. It’s unfortunate as that’s not what people expect in a Hyatt property. All in all a good place to stay."

"Sadly the convertible sofa bed was not very comfortable to sit on and the a/c had a wind whistle even when turned off! However overall it was good accommodation for a good price."

"Stayed for five nights whilst attending Irish Hypnotherapy Conference. The room was great / plenty of space - Deluxe Food supplied to conference was of a good quality and pleantiful. Will be returning next year. "
