"Excellent stay , really memorable, comfy, very family friendly , location and staff are great - only things that could be improved were quality of some cooked breakfast items , decor around bath tub and air con (bit difficult to control) but overall absolutely fantastic and probably best hotel in area by far , even versus Radisson. "Used the hotel as visiting Birmingham for a premier league game, firstly great price, good location walking from the train station and fairly easy getting home from villa park. Room was spotlessly clean, fresh and modern. Check in was easy and no stress of keys etc , all done on your mobile phone. Will definitely use again next time I’m in Birmingham. "

"We booked an overnight stay as we had a concert. It was literally a 2 min walk to the o2 and about a 10 min or less walk to the town centre. It was cheap and cheerful pretty basic but it was really good for us and what we needed it for. Staff were really nice. No complaints from us. "
