"Brilliant all round. My flight was severely delayed. I messaged the hotel. Everything was sorted for me by Michael. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the rooms are well appointed and the breakfast was excellent. It is really convenient for the Grand Central Station and the City Centre."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel has been finished to a very high standard. We loved looking at all the photographs, paintings and points of interest in the hotel. Some really thoughtful touches. Particular highlight was Drawing Room 2.
