"Check in was chaotic! The receptionists we’re trying to deal with several different guests at one time meaning it wasn’t a smooth process and mistakes were happening. We tried to check in at 4.40pm only to be told that our room wasn’t ready, even though it says you can check in from 3.00pm! The hotel was clean and tidy."

"Dated, run down a bit, walls thinner than paper, you will enjoy the neighbour's conversations as though they are standing beside you, privacy is non existent. The "king" bed will just be 2 beds pushed together, (don't pay extra for that!) no mattress pad or anything so there is a nice lump line down the middle, pretty uncomfortable. The softness of the mattress is comparable to plywood, the pillows as fluffy as a brick of cheese. The price we paid was more than the Hilton down the road, the non refundable rule is brilliant on thier part, they know once you arrive and realize its too late. Feels like a tourist trap, staff seem pretty friendly though. The area is close to everything, unfortunately in a rougher part of town but there is a convenience to it. If the price was cheap id have no complaints, charging $300/night is insane"
