"Older hotel, but made up with it from the friendly staff, comfy bed, fluffy pillows, storage space, free water/bottles, and toiletries. Plus, the location was incredibly ideal for our trip because major busses stop out front and it's near 2 tube stations and Trafalgar Square and the Jubilee Bridge. Will definitely stay again if we return! "

"Everything went amazingly. It’s all clean and in good conditions, nice neighbourhood and they let store our luggage’s before check in and places them in our room before we got back. "

"We did not end up eating breakfast at the hotel. We did use the spa the first day, which help us relax from our plane trip. The spa under the hotel is an independent institute. It was good, but rather expensive compared to other spas in the area. "

"Great area to be in. Close to many convenient places. Walkable to many touristic sites such as the Big Ben!"

"Customer Service was excellent because it makes a difference in your stay at a hotel and the country. We felt welcomed. the room was nice and comfy beds. No complaints except for no elevator but it's a great workout - lol."
