"Amazing views of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Room was spacious and comfortable and the bathtub was a real treat after a long day out. Free access to the public Anytime Fitness club was also appreciated. But above all the staff were the icing on the cake - always with smiles and eager to help. "

"Easy/quick check-in (although you have to pay extra for early checkin which really isn’t a new concept), extremely clean both common areas and rooms, daily room housekeeping which isn’t the norm nowadays, centrally located to a lot of things (the Eye, Big Ben, Westminster etc.). I would definitely stay here again and recommend to mt family and friends. "

"The staff were wonderful. The rooms were perfect and very clean. Unfortunately, my partner in another room was bitten alive with need bugs. Reported to the front desk but I don't know what they could do. I would warn anybody booking about this possibility."
