The breakfasts are superb and the traditionally furnished lounge is a tranquil spot to while away some time boosted by the backdrop of sensational sea views. The bar menu offers some nice snacks too.The hotel provides reasonably priced parking permits so you can park opposite the hotel."

"Wouldn’t normally leave reviews, but the standard of the Cumberland was top level that I feel I have to. By far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Professional too. All round 10/10. "

"5 star run hotel. Clean welcoming staff always happy to help. Management have gone over and above to help me with any questions regarding my stay with them. Room is very clean modern and spacious. Good supply of tea etc. Great accessible location. I will definitely book again."
