Great location!

The location is perfect for walking all over Edinburgh. There are good and close food venues. It is safe to walk around. You will need to bring your own soap for washing your hands, hand lotion, paper towels, Kleenex, and a wash cloth if you like them. I would have enjoyed directions on how to work the European washer/dryer. The kitchen has just enough dishes but might need more silverware. We ate out so this was not an issue. Enjoy the fabulous location.

Perfect locatjon

Great, clean property in a quiet and convenient location (on the U of Edinburgh campus, just south of old town). We had some issues at check in where the host threatened to cancel our booking for some perceived “sarcasm,” which was actually just my confusion regarding the check in process. We were literally standing at the door of the property and had to beg to be let in. My advice would be to read everything thoroughly and communicate only in writing in the event this happens to you, but I still recommend the property due to its location and cleanliness. The bedrooms are a little cramped, but we made it work.
